In Office Visits

We are open for in office visits. We also have Tele-Health Visits available.

We want you to know that we are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure your safety and the safety of our team as we resume patient visits.  We are closely following the guidelines  on infection control and prevention from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and implementing safety measures including:
  • Patients have the option of waiting for their appointment in their car or in the waiting room with Social Distancing in place. If you choose to stay in your car, call the office upon arrival and you will receive instructions on how you will be notified when your examination room is ready. Office number: (916) 983-3500.
  • Temperatures will be taken as well as symptom screenings upon arrival for all healthcare personnel, patients, and visitors prior to entry. *COVID-19 SYMPTOMS
  • Our staff will be wearing a surgical mask or face covering, gloves, and social distancing guidelines will be practiced throughout our building.
  • Masks or face coverings will be required while in our building. Please bring your own appropriate face covering. (masks or face coverings will be supplied if needed).
  • We provide hand sanitizer, tissues, and no-touch receptacles for disposal in our wait rooms, patient check-ins, and throughout the office.
  • Rooms will be thoroughly cleaned after each patient encounter.
  • We continue to offer TELE-HEALTH visits for many conditions. (see below)


TELE-HEALTH visits are available with a Physician, Np, or PA for many conditions for both existing and new patients. Call for a TELE-HEALTH appointment during our office hours: 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-5:00 at (916) 983-3500.

  • Birth control | Hormones Imbalance | Menopause and Hormone Replacement | Irregular menses | PMS | UTIs | Vaginal dryness/pain/discharge | Heavy menses | Routine Postpartum Visit | Infertility
*IF you have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 within the 10 days prior to the appointment (fever, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea), have been diagnosed with SARS-COV-2 infection with in the 10 days prior to your appointment or had close contact with someone suspected or confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection within 14 days prior to their scheduled appointment, please call ahead and to discuss the need to reschedule your appointment.
